Farrier Services
Travis Durr Training Center features complete farrier services provided by Keith Crawford. Keith has been shoeing racehorses since 1971. He has worked at many racetracks such as Belmont, Saratoga, and Delaware Park, to name a few.
He uses only state-of-the-art equipment, including video motion analysis. The video is used to detect conformation issues. These issues can then be addressed and corrective procedures can be given afterwards.
Keith is up-to-date on all of the latest equipment, methods, and procedures. He is available 24/7. Travis Durr Training Center feels very fortunate to have such a competent farrier.
Veterinary Services
Travis Durr Training Center features complete veterinary services provided by Dr. Jamie Carter and Dr. Tom Stinner of Southern Equine Service. Dr. Carter and his staff feature state-of-the-art equipment and treatments including but not limited to sports medicine, general health, surgery and emergency services. The Southern Equine Service team is available 24/7 and strives in providing high quality, compassionate and cost-effective veterinary care to their equine patients.
