Travis Durr Training Center is centrally located in the midlands region of South Carolina. We are nestled in on 160 acres of beautiful rolling pasture land and gorgeous tall pines.

Our paddocks are shaded by lovely oaks and sycamores. The mild climate is very conducive to year-round training. The location provides easy access to nearby Interstate 26 and Interstate 95. Please take a closer look to see the many features offered here.

At Travis Durr Training Center, our thoroughbred training facilities set the standard for excellence and performance. Equipped with meticulously maintained tracks, advanced conditioning equipment, and expansive turnout areas, we ensure every horse reaches peak fitness and mental sharpness. ATTENTION TO DETAIL

The racetrack is arguably the most important part of the training center. We offer a 7/8 mile irrigated dirt track, a 3/4-mile turf gallop, and a 1/2-mile wooded track.

Our team is extremely particular about maintaining the track; we diligently work the track every two to three sets to ensure its optimal condition. We are committed to providing a consistently good and level surface for every horse to train on. This careful attention to detail is crucial in helping to prevent injuries and promoting the well-being of the horses during their training sessions.
